What is NetworkSpinal?
NetworkSpinal is a technique used to unlock your nervous system and encourage your body’s natural ability to regulate, adapt, and heal yourself.
When your nervous system is working at its best, you go from “surviving” to “thriving”, from “managing it” to “crushing it”, from “thinking about it” to “it’s happening all by itself”. Using NetworkSpinal you can create the greatest amount of change with the least amount of effort.
Have you been telling yourself and everyone around you “I’m working on it” or “I’m on my healing journey”?
Do you feel like you’ve been “working on it” forever on your “healing journey” and you STILL haven’t gotten to where you want to be? Like you still haven’t achieved some of your goals that you’ve worked so hard for? Like things haven’t actually changed that much?
You’re still getting triggered, or repeating the same patterns, or experiencing the same chronic pain. It feels like you’ve just been working on it and working on it, through all the labels and diagnoses, and there’s always more to be worked on. Maybe you feel like it’s never done and you’ve never actually healed.
NetworkSpinal, through gentle and personalized nervous system care, can help you find the spark you need to finally create the change you’ve been working so hard for.
This technique allows you to get all of your parts on the same page. Instead of always working on the journey, all of a sudden you’re there. It won’t feel like work anymore, it will be effortless. Healing is just happening, your body is just doing it.
So, how does this even work? How can a chiropractic technique with no popping, twisting, or cracking even work?
Let’s clarify a couple of things first.
The goal of NetworkSpinal is to unravel the tension and pressure on your spinal cord, which controls your nervous system. Is a pop, twist, or crack required to do that? I’ll give you a hint - the answer is no.
Just because a joint moves, or makes a sound, doesn’t mean that tension unraveled. It doesn’t necessarily mean there was a progressive change in the way your nervous system functions.
An example of this would be you returning to get adjusted and getting adjusted in the same place over and over. Is this actually changing your function, your emotions, your sense of self, your behavior, or your consciousness?
Let’s use a simple analogy:
Think about all the work, time and energy it’s taken to get you where you are in your life now. All the effort put into healing and becoming the person you want to be.
Now imagine there is a door in front of you, and on the other side of that door is the life you’ve been striving for, the version of you you’ve been working to become. This door is locked, and it is the only thing standing between you and your best life.
How are you going to open it?
You can try to kick it down. You can try to take it off its hinges. You can try and knock it down with a battering ram. You could take a flamethrower to it, just burn it down. All of that noise, popping, twisting, smashing and crashing and the door is still there.
What if the most wise and healed version of yourself came up to you at this door and they just handed you a key and said “Here you go”.
Now you are able to open this door effortlessly, this door you’ve been trying to smash through for ages, opens magically. All it needed was a gentle nudge in the exact right spot.
If you’re still thinking “But how does this even work?”, ask yourself, “Am I willing to have an experience?”
You can think it to death, you can read every scientific article written under the sun, but until you have the experience of it you will never be able to fully understand how it works and what it is.
Think about gravity. You experience it everyday, whether you are conscious of it or not. Can you explain how gravity works? Or why it works? Chances are, unless you have a degree in physics, probably not.
You’ve experienced gravity, and know it to be true, even if you’re not able to explain it.
NetworkSpinal and your body’s ability to heal itself can be the same way.
